head over to arashiproject too. winky really brought it to life in the last year and some comms that were dead and gone, (some that appeared and disappeared in the time we've been away) have allowed her to host their works there.
as for PVs, it depends on whether you want subs or not really. Raws are still easy-ish to find. subs are a little more scattered, but not impossible.
